I need to tell you about my buying experience in La marina.  Me and my husband Jimmy, gave Watson’s a nightmare with the amount of paperwork that was needed to buy my lovely property, as it was bought through our company, but they just got on with it.  They all spoke perfect English and were lovely to work with and so helpful , I actually feel like they are my friends now.
Mark who is English, was the first person we met who showed us around our property.  He was lovely and so helpful, done all the negotiations with the seller and done a lot of running us around as we didn't hire a car.
Mariana went to the extreme and picked us up when a taxi firm let us down and even offered to take us back to where we were staying.  She is French but spoke better English than me and my husband who are from Liverpool (scouse not being the best language to understand).
I cannot thank them enough for the help they gave us, they took all the stress away, everything went to plan, a few hiccups but they sorted everything with the notary and now we are home owners in Spain. 

I cannot thank them enough and even though we are now owners they are there to help with anything we need, they are just a phone call away if we need any help with anything, they have told us to ring them and they will sort it for us.

Watsons Real Estate were very down to earth lovely people and I cannot thank them enough.

They have made what could have been a very stressful time, a very nice experience. So thank you Watsons Real Estate and all your lovely staff!
