Dear Watsons TeamSimone, Mark, Marianne, Maria, Karen

After nineteen months of trying to buy a property in Spain and being let down by not one but two estate agents who will remain nameless, we were fortunate enough to find a property with Watsons, after trying for so long the process with the Watson's team took 7 weeks which speaks volumes! FINALLY a properly run, honest, and professional agency, would I recommend them? Hell yes, they give a whole new meaning to holding your hand through what can be a very stressful process. We can not thank you all enough for helping us find our dream home.

Kindest regards

Clare & Jason, UK

We would like to thank you all at Watsons and Barclays for your advice and attention to all matters during the sale of our property in La Marina, San Fulgencio.

We appreciated the help and support throughout the whole process, enabling us to complete smoothly and without difficulties.

All best wishes

Neil & Ann, UK

To Watsons Real Estate,We would like to thank Watsons for the help, advice and purchase of our new home in La Marina. Especially Marianne, Karen, Chelsea and Mark, who were all so helpful with the paperwork and translations.
Watsons enabled us to complete the process with ease and we would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying.

Sandra & Andrew, UK

Watsons have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were friendly, professional and helpful right from the initial valuation through to finalising our sale and succeeded in securing us the price we wanted! the after sale service and support is second to none too - no question was left unanswered for us. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

With best regards as always,

Kevin & Andrea, UK

I am now back to the apartment where I still live for some time before moving to my new home.

I just wanted to congratulate you because as I said to my friend from La Marina, this is the first time I meet people offering both friendliness and competence when doing their job and the service they provided.

Everything was well prepared and things went perfectly. And believe me, this is not obvious at all, having dabbled many times in big scams, I tended to remain on the defensive, but no, everything is perfect.

I will recommend your agency to all, to whom we can rely on with confidence ... and with closed eyes!

Josette, France
