THE SALES PROCESS
Once Watsons Real Estate has given you a market appraisal and a price has been agreed upon, we will ask you to sign our terms and conditions to formally instruct Watsons Real Estate to sell your home. We will then take accurate property details and professional photos, video and measurements to market your property effectively.
Watsons Real Estate will then prepare the marketing process which will be mailed out to our database of potential purchasers. These details will also appear in the international property portals and on our high ranking websites ensuring maximum sales exposure.
Please ensure your property is in the best possible showing condition before you place it for sale. There will undoubtedly be very similar properties on the market and first impressions really do count. So if you have water damage or the house smells of damp, please get it fixed, as this will give any future purchasers unnecessary objections. Other examples of work that can be undertaken to improve your chances of selling quickly include paintwork; interior and exterior, if you have a garden keep it clean and tidy and don’t leave anything unsightly lying around.
