Please ensure your Spanish property is in the best possible condition before you place it for sale. There will undoubtedly be very similar properties on the market and first impressions really do count. Other examples of work that can be undertaken to improve your chances of selling quickly include paintwork; interior and exterior, if you have a garden keep it clean and tidy and don’t leave anything unsightly lying around.
