I had viewed over 17 villas in this area and received a call from watsons estate agency to show me a villa in la marina i enquired about.

We were met on time by mark at the office who was very friendly and took us immediately to view 2 villas locally.He was very knowledgeable about the villa and answered all our questions.He also had lots of positive ideas on how we could perhaps change things, and configure the villa to suit our needs.

His attitude was positive and not pushy and actually knew about the villa which i had not encountered with other agents who knew nothing.
