We would like to thank you people of Watsons and Barclays, especially Marianne and Manuela, who has supported and helped us buying our property in Spain.
On January 30, 2019 we explained our wishes to Watsons Real Estate and what our budget was and the region where we wanted to buy our house.
Within 6 hours they had 4 houses for us to view.
Finally a broker who had listened seriously and carefully.
Slightly lower in the price range up to our specified budget.
Viewings were arranged the same day and it became the last house with the desired swimming pool.
We were happy, but the asking price was a little too high, but they also assisted us with that and managed to get a great deal.
They also negotiated for furniture and other things from and in the house. More than we could have imagined.
Then the process started with al the paperwork.
After 2 months we are the proud owners of a beautiful house in Spain.

First of all both Hannie and I would like to thank both you, Sofia and all the staff at Watson’s and also Barclay’s for the outstanding Service you provided, you could not have done more and we think that you run the best Estate Agents - by a mile- in the area!
Having sold quite a few properties over the years, we have never sold within a couple of day’s of coming on the market, especially in the strange times we live in.
We are now settled with our daughter in Shropshire after a horrible journey to Santander with snow, fog, ice and very slippery roads, but we made the ferry just in time.
As we had to return to the UK in short time the fact that your staff took on power of attorney to act on our behalf and have covered every aspect of the sale, including the sale of our car, I cannot thank you enough.
Please pass on our thanks and regards to all the staff for the impeccable service provided, especially your wonderful daughter Sofia who did so much for us.
